The core purpose of the website was to showcase the office space for pre-let, but also sell in the surrounding amenities, the area and serve as a portal for potential occupiers to find everything they need if they wanted to let the space. This website was worked on closely alongside a developer to ensure the vision wasn’t lost during coding.
A landing screen to engage the user was implemented to give an instant flavour of the attitude of the building with a typing in and deleting style to represent the flexibility of the office development. Once into the site, a series of pages with subtle parallax to give depth to each page with use of white space and embellishments were utilised to create a graphic style which dovetailed the rest of the creative leasing campaign.
