Jones Lang LaSalle were looking for a brochure that could detail their main UK clientele in an functional and engaging manner.
Each spread utilises full bleed photography of Jones Lang LaSalle’s most well known clientele to create impact and red short pages are used to detail main facts, figures, quotes and how Jones Lang LaSalle aided a particular client. Visually more engaging than a traditional annual report and a bit different compared to normal.
The brochure is paced by having a system for content where if the images have good negative space, the Jones Lang LaSalle client information is contained within in this negative space rather than on a red short page. Also throughout the brochure are some diagrams detailing Jone Lang LaSalle’s coverage and their market gains during the past year when there is too much information for a red short page such as monetary information or charts.
