Creating an identity for the PRS scheme, targeting current first and second year students, international, high net worth who want a sophisticated, quality and secure environment. In addition, a Grade II listed building is being remodelled, providing leisure and amenity space for students and also act as an ‘entry portal’ into the scheme. This needed an identity complementary to the overall PRS styling, but also have its own style to reflect the offer.
Aligning with the styling of boutique hotels / bars such as Soho House, Ace Hotel, Hix Restaurants – enabling the countryside location to solely be presented as a USP rather than just a location, giving a unique, premium feel. Inspired by the blend of new and old through new development, but also renovation of the listed building for the Clubhouse, giving a lux-community style but with a nod to the historical context the scheme sits within.
